DAMAC Group's Legal team is looking for a Dispute Resolution Officer to own RDC case management and litigation support across a high-volume real estate portfolio. Arabic fluency and direct UAE legal system experience are a must for this role.

The Role

You will manage active RDC cases from filing through to resolution, draft and issue legal notices, maintain legal documentation, and prepare weekly case reports. This is a process-critical position requiring precision, confidentiality, and hands-on UAE legal experience.

What You Will Do

• File and manage RDC cases — from submission through settlement and withdrawal
• Draft and send legal notices to defaulting clients
• Raise units for auction on significant service charge arrears
• Prepare and maintain weekly case reports: master report, new cases, Noqodi wallet, auction units
