Position Overview

The Dispute Resolution Analyst will investigate, identify and remediate complex issues involving cross-departmental knowledge of Operations and Finance. Incumbents will communicate and collaborate with clients and other departments regarding disputed and unresolved billing, system, operational and technical issues. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Services.

• Responsible for client dispute resolution within a designated territory.
• Empowered to research, document and adjust internal/external errors related to billing.
• Use root cause analysis to determine ongoing challenges and resolve with cross-departmental collaboration at point of entry.
