Context & Environment

Petroleum downstream is partially deregulated in Ghana with Tema oil Refinery (TOR) and Registered Bulk Importers as the key players on the supply side. The demand side has three (3) key palyers namely TEMG, VIVO and Goil with over 100 plus other independents. Key logistics infrastructure is Government owned with the RBI’s beginning to build thier Depots.
