Job Summary:

Provides security dispatching, alarm monitoring, access control monitoring, CCTV monitoring, customer service, and office support to meet the needs of the Security Services Department.

Job Duties:

Performs security dispatching and monitoring services for the Security Services Department.

Coordinates and answers security calls and inquiries; advises and answers questions about policies and procedures; makes referrals as appropriate.

Answers the telephone for Security Services Department.

Dispatches security resources to meet calls for service needs.

Handles walk in customer issues at the Security Office.
