Oversee daily student discipline matters , including referrals, interventions, mentoring, and restorative practices to support behavioural improvement.
Operate the school’s designated intervention space to help students de-escalate, regulate emotions, and reintegrate into class, while facilitating individual or group sessions to build social-emotional and conflict-resolution skills.
Respond promptly to classroom crises by safely removing and escorting students to the intervention space when behaviours escalates.
Assist the Case Management Team in conducting objective investigations, gathering statements, and documenting evidence for discipline and bullying-related incidents.
