Discipline Lead – Marine

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-starting professional to join our Abu Dhabi team as a Principal Engineer – Marine (Infrastructure). This role will be integral in supporting multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects across the GCC, focusing on marine and coastal infrastructure on residential/villa development programs, islands etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight on large-scale multi-disciplinary marine infrastructure projects.
• Drive successful project delivery from conceptual design through to execution, ensuring technical and budgetary objectives are met.
• Lead and support the preparation of bids for both single and multi-disciplinary projects, focusing on strategies to win and deliver excellence.
