The Disability Inclusion Facilitator will work under overall guidance of the FAO Representative in Kenya and direct supervision of the Project Coordinator.

Technical Focus

Provide technical support to mainstream disability inclusion in CASHA project and further champion equitable access to opportunities, resources and benefits for persons with disabilities.

Tasks and responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of FAO’s CASHA project Coordinator and in coordination with all CASHA consortium partners, the Disability Inclusion Facilitator (DIF) shall:

• Support the identification and removal of physical, communication, attitudinal and institutional barriers that may hinder the participation of young women and men with disabilities in CASHA activities.
