Job Summary
Supports the Strategic HR Partner as the disability and accommodation Center of Excellence subject matter expert across the enterprise. Responsible for driving HR excellence across respective service lines in all areas related to disability programs and accommodation management.
Job Duties
+ Analyze data and provide summary of observations related to disability and accommodation management- making uses, including identifying trends and/or gaps in the data.
+ Maintains reasonable communication with employees with accommodation needs to facilitate smooth and timely return to work; relays communication between employees and their managers in instances of complex disability-related accommodation requirements or escalations.
+ Partners with Worker’s Compensation, Risk Management, and other departments as needed to meet organizational needs
