Synergeer Care, a registered NDIS provider based in Redcliffe QLD 4020, is seeking an experienced Disabilities Services Officer to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role you will assess the needs of NDIS participants and people living with disability, plan and implement individualised support programs, and coordinate services to promote independence, community participation and recovery. This is a permanent full-time position offering a salary of $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
