Key Responsibilities: Deal Origination and Client Coverage Lead the origination and structuring of financing solutions (including acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdoco finance, non recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions. Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment. Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
