Our Global Medical Products & Distribution business segment is currently looking for a **Director of Warehouse Operations** (DO) to lead and support the day-to-day operations for our Boylston Distribution Center located outside Boston, Massachusetts. This leader will have financial and operational responsibility for a 400,000 square foot Distribution Center. This Distribution Center services hospitals and surgery centers in the New England area. The successful candidate will have direct/indirect responsibility for over 150 Distribution employees, as well as oversight and dotted-line responsibility for the Penske-managed private fleet, which totals 1 manager, 2 supervisors and 36 drivers, along with associated equipment. The pick volume out of the Boylston facility is roughly 3.9 million picks annually.
