We are actively seeking a dynamic Talent Management Director who will serve as a pivotal business partner and talent authority. In this role, the Director will align top-tier talent with our clients to help them achieve their business objectives. They will play a proactive role in coaching and developing our Consultants while ensuring the success of both clients and Consultants by effectively managing the intersection of client needs, talent pool, and engagement process.

Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000
