This role serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) member and/or Executive Vice President, enabling effective leadership and execution of key organizational priorities. This role is central to driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, facilitating clear communication, and ensuring alignment across the organization. The individual acts as an extension of the executive, handling critical projects, streamlining processes, and ensuring the executive's focus remains on high-impact strategic endeavors. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading and developing a small team that supports the executive office and its strategic objectives.
