Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth strategy for the Sales & Marketing Practice in Spain, aligned with BTS’s global positioning and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build, manage and expand strategic relationships with enterprise and large corporate clients across industries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, Commercial Directors, CHROs, Sales Leaders and General Managers.
  • Identify client challenges and co-create impactful solutions across areas such as: Commercial transformation Go-to-market execution Leadership development Sales capability building Business acumen Change management and transformation
  • Lead the full commercial lifecycle end-to-end, including opportunity generation, proposal shaping, commercial negotiation and deal closure.
