**Position Overview**

Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Real Estate to oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and execution of 20-25 new store openings and relocations annually within an assigned territory. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate South Region, this role is responsible for identifying and securing high-quality locations that align with Burlington’s strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of the assigned territory, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to execute deals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This individual will also play a key role in fostering Burlington’s culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
