**Director- Program Management- MSHS**

The Director is responsible for the direction and management responsibility over business and operational activities of the assigned department, medical care unit or division.

**Qualifications**

+ **Education:** Bachelors Degree required, Masters degree preferred
+ **Experience:** 6+ years of work experience including 3+ years of direct project / program management experience in a health care setting. Prior experience working in a management consulting environment preferred. Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional programs. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and technology needs across health systems.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
