We are seeking a dedicated Director, Product Development to lead a team in our Product Development area.

Applicants for this role should have a desire to help shape the future of value delivery for our Property Casualty (P&C) Auto and Umbrella products in our Underwriting and Product Development (UPD) area. We’re seeking a Director to lead a team of portfolio professionals and solution managers driving investment governance, portfolio execution, and solution delivery across Auto, Umbrella, and Telematics. This role ensures alignment of business and technology priorities through effective BTB funding management, IT spend oversight, and disciplined portfolio governance.
