Director, Tokenisation

This role is located in London and will lead the strategy, development and commercialization of digital asset payment solutions.

Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated Director to lead at the intersection of payments, blockchain and financial services innovation. The ideal candidate blends product expertise with a deep understanding of payment systems, stablecoins, tokenized deposits and emerging digital asset rails to deliver secure, compliant and scalable products for institutional and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision – define and own the product roadmap for digital asset–based payments, including stablecoin settlement, deposit tokens and cross‑border rails.
