About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR leader to head our Mexico People & Leader Advisory team, based in Mexico City. This key leadership role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and deep HR expertise.

The role leads a team of Advisory team members and is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and business-focused HR support across Mexico. It oversees day-to-day Tier2 advisory delivery, guides complex employee and manager matters, and partners closely with HR, Legal, Rewards, Compliance, and business leaders.

Scope includes employee relations, performance management, compensation consultation, organizational change, leaves and accommodations, employee representative processes where applicable, M&A; support, site leadership, and crisis response. The role also contributes to the transformation of how HR support is delivered across Mexico.
