About your tasks:

• You’ll scale our Own Brand business from a solid foundation to the next level, across categories like OTC, beauty, supplements, wellness, and more
• You’ll build, lead, develop, and inspire a team of experts in product development, category management and go-to-market to accelerate Redcare’s Own Brand success
• You’ll define and implement a comprehensive short- and long-term own brand strategy, including a clear brand identity and architecture for all European markets
• You’ll support your team of 15+ FTEs  in managing the full product lifecycle, from identifying market potential to development and launch, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective product management, and commercial performance
