**Description**
We seek a candidate to work within the Global Consumer Marketing team to support the strategy, concept, design, and activation of programs at global scale. This role requires a digitally savvy hybrid thinker from the worlds of marketing, communications planning, 360 experience design, strategy, and content.
RESPONSIBILITIES + SCOPE
+ The Go⁃To⁃Market Strategy (GTM) Team leads global campaign strategy and development. Champions consumer voice and brand equity end to end. Inspires big ideas and marketing activation that solve for our business needs to drive awareness, trust, and growth as we strive for new levels of luxury and desirability.
+ Ownership of consumer messaging narrative. GTM is the owner of the campaign messaging ⁃ insight, new product feature, benefits and claims, results on skin, in close collaboration with Product Marketing and Consumer Insights.
