PES is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the Digital Transformation division. As the Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s revenue.
Responsibilities - Identify target market segments and key potential clients for Digital Transformation.
- Build a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead the sales team and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in target companies to promote PES’s B2B offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of eCommerce Digital transformation.
- Sales team management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess customer needs.
