Director of Rooms (Pre-Opening Luxury Hotel | Seville)

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Rooms to lead the entire Rooms Division of a landmark luxury hotel opening in Seville, part of the The Luxury Collection portfolio.

This is a pre-opening leadership role with full responsibility for shaping the guest journey across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Concierge, and Butler services (where applicable). You will not be inheriting an operation—you will be designing it, structuring it, and bringing it to life.

We are looking for a leader who understands that in luxury hospitality, Rooms is not an operational function—it is the core of the guest experience.
