SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Resource Development is responsible for leading the Resource Development Team and overall strategic fundraising initiatives at BGC including donor engagement, stewardship, sponsorships and partnerships, as well as carrying an account portfolio.

As a member of the Leadership Team, the Director of Resource Development participates in short and long-range planning and ensures that Resource Development activities are conducted in accordance with BGC’s strategic directives and annual objectives.
