Procurement Transformation Lead / Procurement Operations

The Onsite Transformation Lead will serve as the primary representative in US for P2R transformation. The role leads end‑to‑end project execution, domain‑driven process improvements, stakeholder management, and ensures successful service rollout under the P2R operating model.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive project management for US rollout includes planning, RAID management, governance meetings and daily execution.
• Lead domain‑focused initiatives: buy‑channel optimization, Guided Buying adoption, PO accuracy improvements, catalog & contract governance.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison with US stakeholders across IP, Finance/AP, IT and operations
