Title: Director of Patient Financial Services

Location: Hybrid 3x/week onsite in Piscataway, NJ

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire

Salary: $61.5-82/hr (contract duration) and $120-160k salary (once converted)

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 7 years’ experience in patient financial services, including patient accounting, registration, financial counseling, insurance, and coding
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
• Ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and implement process improvement
• 5+ years' experience within EPIC revenue cycle
