**Director of Patient Experience - Executive Office- Full Time-Mount Sinai Queens**
The Director of Patient Experience provides leadership and oversight for targeted patient experience improvement initiatives at Mount Sinai Queens. This role collaborates with administrative, nursing, and physician leaders to implement evidence-based healthcare communication training and educational programs that enhance the patient experience. The Director plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
**Qualifications**
+ **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
