JOB SUMMARY The Director of Operations is responsible for supporting and advancing the operational excellence of the Jewish Community Center of Staten Island (“JCC”) and its affiliated locations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Director of Operations will work closely with the COO and agency leadership to oversee operational departments, facilities, systems, and support services that ensure the efficient, safe, and effective functioning of the organization.

This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations while collaborating on long-term operational planning, infrastructure improvements, strategic growth initiatives, and organizational transitions.
