A growing agricultural estate in the Alentejo is looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of an expanding farming platform: 640 hectares of olive groves, almond plantations and new super-intensive olive production, plus a 120-head cattle herd.

This is not a desk job. You'll work side by side with ownership, with real autonomy and a direct impact on every decision, from irrigation and mechanization to new plantations and the long-term expansion of the estate.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day olive, almond and livestock operations with a team of 10+ and seasonal labour
• Drive the development, mechanization and expansion of the estate
• Oversee irrigation, agronomy, machinery and harvest planning
