We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Springhaven Lodge facility in Kojonup. Established in 1982, Springhaven Lodge is a small, welcoming aged care facility serving its rural community. It provides 24-hour multidisciplinary care to 22 residents, supporting their independence while offering a range of health, lifestyle, and wellbeing services.
