Director of Nursing





STGi is seeking qualified candidates for this position in connection with an active Request for Proposals (RFP). Hiring for this role is contingent upon STGi’s selection as the successful awardee.








ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:   








+ Ensure that medical and nursing care are administered in accordance with the resident’s wishes including the implementation of advance directives.  





+ Ensure that residents receive individualized care that is culturally competent and based on resident preferences.    





+ Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct the nursing services department as well as its programs and activities in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the nursing care facilities.
