Operation Smile is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships for Latin America, focusing on corporate partnerships and revenue growth across the region. This role involves strategic leadership and execution, working closely with Executive Directors in multiple countries including Colombia.

The ideal candidate will lead a Proof of Concept project for corporate fundraising and ensure strong donor relationships while tracking pipeline value and partnership engagements.
