Position Summary

The Director of Logistics, Inbound is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all inbound transportation and logistics operations. This role oversees carrier management, transportation network design, budget ownership, and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Network & Carrier Strategy

• Develop and implement cost-effective inbound transportation strategies across ocean, air, LTL, intermodal, and truckload modes.

• Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.

• Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance.
