Responsibilities - Lead and oversee forensic data collection, analysis, eDiscovery, and evidence management to ensure accurate and timely case outcomes
- Manage client communications and expectations to deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with client needs
- Review and approve client deliverables and work products to maintain quality standards
- Manage costs and expenses, including planning and executing the annual budget cycle for the business unit
- Support business development by participating in events and creating research and marketing materials to grow the business unit
