Our client is a high‑profile organization with its head office located in the Lower Mainland. An excellent position has arisen for a CPA to function as Director of Finance & Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting and financial reporting and analysis for the group of companies.
  • Cash‑flow monitoring and forecasting.
  • Detailed budgeting.
  • Prepare external financial statements for six companies.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, financial statements, and consolidations.
  • Review monthly reconciliations of G/L accounts prepared by staff.
  • Analyze income statements and operations results, monitoring actual versus budget spending.
  • Liaise with group insurance agent for rate renewal and administration of group extended medical insurance plans.
