About the Opportunity

Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Lead all aspects of the organization’s finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and long‑term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Director, leadership team, and Board of Directors.
• Develop and monitor organizational budgets, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior leadership and Board committees.
