The Finance Director – Americas Region has direct responsibility for the regional Finance function, inspiring, motivating and leading this small team to deliver business partnership, decision-support, a strong control environment and quality management and financial reporting. A key area of responsibility will be implementing reliable budgeting and forecasting as well as the preparation of investment cases for growth.

The Finance Director also influences the broader Americas regional team in driving quality of revenue, cost savings and improved operational performance including profitability and cash conversion.
