Role Overview

The Head of Digital Platforms & Delivery leads end-to-end delivery for all customer-facing digital channels, turning Digital strategy into reliable, scalable execution. This role owns the delivery engine, demand intake, release governance, platform ownership, and production readiness, ensuring initiatives move from ideation to BAU while meeting standards for performance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital platform and technology delivery leadership covering mobile, web, and APIs.
• With Relevant Experience in Mobile and Web Projects - AI project is highly advantageous.
• Proven end-to-end delivery experience and strong Agile & Scrum delivery expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams — Platform Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and DevOps/SRE.
