Job Description
The Director of Engagement will lead UT Health Austin's digital strategy across four core areas: Search (SEO/Paid Media), Web (Adobe Experience Manager), CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Social/Digital Advertising. This role is responsible for creating a cohesive, data-driven digital experience that drives patient engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
• Own and integrate digital strategy across SEO/SEM, websites (AEM), CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and paid/social channels.
• Lead website strategy, content governance, and performance optimization within Adobe Experience Manager.
Oversee CRM strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
