Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Advancement for Falk College, the Director of Development (DoD) serves as a major gift fundraiser responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects and donors. This individual will focus on building a portfolio of alumni, corporate and industry leaders, parents, and friends who work in the sport industry, have knowledge of the sport industry, or have an interest in supporting Falk’s sport-related programs.

The DoD will create and implement strategies to cultivate and solicit prospects with the capacity and inclination to make gifts or commitments of $, or more. This role requires engaging with and meeting prospects both in person and virtually.

Key metrics for this position will include face-to-face/virtual visits, number and dollar amount of major and annual gift solicitations, and increased Falk College alumni giving participation. Education and Experien...
