The Director of Clinical Education Operations – MGE provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all clinical education operations supporting medical students during their clinical training years. This role ensures the successful coordination of clinical rotations, student progression, compliance with accreditation standards, and effective management of clinical education systems.

The Director oversees Senior/Assistant Directors of Clinical Education Operations who manage Clinical Student Administrators responsible for clinical scheduling, student advising, and clinical rotation coordination. The Director ensures operational consistency across teams while supporting institutional goals related to student success, accreditation compliance, and clinical training capacity.
