The Director of Care (DOC) reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for providing direction to the nursing team in regards to the overall day-to-day delivery of health care operations, ensuring that the health care services comply with the Ministry of LTC and other relevant legislation.

Wage Rate : The starting annual salary is $110,000/yr.
