As the Director of Business Development, you will own strategic revenue growth for Lions & Tigers’ professional services and consulting offerings. You are responsible for sourcing, shaping, and closing new business, as well as expanding high-value enterprise partnerships through consultative, outcome-driven sales.
This role sits at the intersection of sales leadership, partnership development, and solution design. You will work closely with Marketing, Client Experience, Fulfillment, and Executive Leadership to translate market opportunities into scalable, high-impact client solutions.
This is a full-time position. While this role is primarily remote, candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle area for occasional in-person client meetings, partner engagements, and team collaboration....
