Position Summary

The Director of Brokerage Operations oversees all operational aspects of a growing logistics and supply chain brokerage. This role is responsible for leading brokerage operations, strengthening carrier and customer relationships, optimizing margin performance, and ensuring scalable, high-performing operational processes.

The Director partners closely with executive leadership to execute brokerage strategy, drive operational efficiency, and support long-term growth within this business line.
