**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Director Nursing Perioperative Services at Mark Twain Medical Center, you will be a central figure providing strategic leadership and comprehensive operational oversight for all aspects of our operating rooms, post-anesthesia care units (PACU), and related surgical areas, ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. You will play a vital role in optimizing patient outcomes and enhancing the overall surgical experience.

Every day, you will work with Sr. Leadership on strategy and key initiatives, and work with front-line leaders in Perioperative Services to ensure we maintain high standards of patient care in very fast paced environments.
