**Position Overview:**

Provides development support and execution for the joint-strategic direction and operations of the medical staff. Provides oversight of informational and process support that ensures effective development and maintenance of policies, MD scheduling and staffing, compensation and benefits analysis, recruitment and planning coordination, MD onboarding, medical director support, continuing medical education needs and programs and other physician practice matters.
