Key Responsibilities:
Origination & Structuring: Lead origination and structuring of bespoke leveraged and acquisition finance transactions in the Asia region Design and structure deals tailored to client and investor requirements, balancing risk, return, and regulatory considerations. Execution: Drive transaction execution, managing internal stakeholders (Credit, Syndication, Legal, Compliance) and external parties. Oversee due diligence, term sheet negotiations, and documentation. Ensure timely internal approvals and smooth closing processes. Client & Investor Coverage: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, private equity firms, asset managers, and banks. Lead pitch efforts and prepare tailored proposals and marketing materials.
