Director, HCC EMEA Regional Lead and Compliance Officer

(Austria & Switzerland, located in Zug, Switzerland)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the EMEA Healthcare Compliance strategy aligned with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to EMEA senior leaders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions.
• Oversee compliance programs related to commercial, medical, and customer engagement activities across EMEA markets.
• Partner with Legal, Medical Affairs, Quality, Finance, and other functions to identify, assess, and manage regional compliance risks.
• Guide investigations, issue management, and remediation activities in collaboration with Legal and Ethics & Compliance teams.
• Ensure effective monitoring, auditing, and reporting processes to support continuous improvement and risk reduction.
