How you will make an impact

In this role as Director, Global S&OP Office, you will lead a team of 9 experienced members and work hands-on with planning for all our production sites in Arla. Your overriding objective will be to provide a clear planning direction to Arla Foods Commercial and Supply Chain and deliver acceptable levels of customer service as a minimum. Your role is to enable and support their performance, set an overall direction and remove barriers - while respecting the established expertise in the team. The team operates with a high degree of ownership and accountability and expects constructive sparring when needed. Specifically, you will:

Ensure adherence to established S&OP planning processes and standards, while driving continuous improvement

Communicate relevant planning information and secure strong cross-functional alignment across stakeholders and managers
