**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

**This position** will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic utility of AHN's financial data and cost accounting practices. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining robust cost accounting standards, optimizing the integration and data integrity across various financial and operational systems (including core financial ERP, Workday, and productivity systems), and leading technical build and implementation of sophisticated budgeting models. The Director will drive insights through overhead benchmarking and system allocations, ensuring financial data reliably supports strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and accurate financial reporting across the organization.
